SERVICE:
All service to window and wall units is done here in our shop. At this time, we do not repair portable units.
We offer free estimates on repair costs for units which are dropped off to us. We also offer a low cost, flexible pick up and delivery service.
The most common “repair” is cleaning - this is actually maintenance and not really a repair. Fees for cleaning range in price depending upon the size and type of unit being cleaned and whether we picked it up or you dropped it off.
Please note that for an additional fee, we are able to provide “same-day” service for commercial properties where having the unit out over night will pose a security risk or for clients with heat/cool units that fail in very cold weather. In the event that parts are needed and the unit cannot be repaired and returned “same day” we have some options available which vary depending on the exact circumstances: for example, a free, loaned room heater to use while your unit is here for service.
