RENTALS:
Want a temporary solution to a cooling situation? Going to be living in apartment for a summer that has no cooling? Why not rent a unit?
We rent used window and wall air conditioners on a seasonal basis. The season is from the day the unit is installed and may be kept up until, or any time before, December 31. Example: You rent a unit from us May 15, 2008 and have us remove it for you on October 31, 2008 - that’s your season OR you rent a unit for a special occasion on June 15, 2008 and have us remove the unit June 30, 2008 - that’s your season.
Our rates include: delivery, standard installation, free exchange in the event of a unit failure and removal and pick up at the end of the season.
Standard installation includes opening your window, setting the unit into it, securing the unit to the window frame and filling in a small space above the unit with wood. If the unit is to go into a window which does not open and/or if the installation is to be done with plexi-glass, there would be additional charges. A quote can usually be given at the time you call for pricing or, for commercial properties we can provide a free, on-site estimate.
If you are interested in renting an air conditioner for the season, here are some helpful hints:

Call early in the season (March, April) it is a flat rate and that way you are guaranteed a unit.
- Measure the space that the air conditioner is to fit in, the height and width of the clear opening.
- Know the approximate square footage of the space you wish to cool.
PLUS... you can keep your air conditioner for the next season and SAVE on pick up, delivery and installation charges...and don't pay until March of the upcoming year!!!
